WAY TO GO WOLFVILLE!
The town of Wolfville is poised to become the first in Canada to ban smoking in vehicles when a child is present.
Under the new law, first-time offenders will be handed a warning, but subsequent offences will likely result in a $50 fine. The law should come into effect June 1, 2008.
